Our story
Venues know how to deliver memorable events. The challenge has always been finding the time, having a clear picture of what's available, and keeping teams on track with limited resources.
iVvy was founded in 2009 on the Gold Coast to solve that challenge. From day one, our goal has been to help venues respond to enquiries faster, see their business more clearly, and reduce the manual work that slows venue & event teams down.
What began as a startup has grown into a global platform, used by more than 10,000 people across 13 countries. With offices in Australia, South Africa, the USA, and the UK, we continue to help venues turn leads into bookings, make confident decisions with real-time data, and run events more efficiently.

iVvy is led by an experienced executive team with backgrounds in SaaS, hospitality, and technology, and a proven track record of scaling businesses globally. Together, their focus is on building practical, data‑driven solutions that support day‑to‑day operations for event and venue management teams.
As Founder and CEO, she has grown iVvy from a start-up into a multi-award-winning global SaaS company serving venue and event teams across 13 countries. Lauren sets the company's strategic direction and remains closely involved in product innovation.
A passionate entrepreneur and accomplished executive, Lauren brings extensive domestic and international experience across technology, retail, manufacturing, and advertising. With a background spanning programming, accounting, and marketing, she has built and scaled multiple businesses from start-up through to financial and strategic exit.
Lauren is widely recognised, receiving multiple international awards for entrepreneurship and product excellence. She is driven by a deep commitment to building high-performing teams, delivering sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for customers and shareholders.
A focused technology executive and Executive Director, David brings experience across multiple industries and sectors. He leads geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes, staff engagement, and overall business performance.
David has deep expertise in technology, SaaS development and execution, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. He has also led merger and acquisition activity, supported ASX listing and compliance requirements, and driven large-scale programs using modern delivery methodologies.
At iVvy, David concentrates on operational excellence, scalable processes, and strengthening the customer experience to enable sustainable growth.
David leads iVvy's engineering team and is responsible for how the platform is built, maintained, and improved, with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience driving measurable financial impact within complex organisations. Dion has led initiatives across financial analysis, budgeting, investment forecasting, risk management, and operational audit.
His work has included building financial governance frameworks that support sustainable operations and informed decision-making across the business.
He has built his career helping businesses grow, evolve, and expand into new markets across both Fortune 500 organisations and fast-scaling startups.
Before joining iVvy, Toby held senior leadership roles in marketing, product, and strategy across technology, media, and professional services. His experience spans brand development, demand generation, product-led growth, and go-to-market execution.
At iVvy, Toby is focused on driving customer acquisition, market expansion, and product innovation to support the company's next phase of growth.
