Town and Country Resort is a place where productivity meets play. With 295,050 sq ft of indoor and outdoor meeting space, the resort is the largest conference facility outside of the San Diego Convention Center and includes the 40,000 sq ft, Golden State Ballroom, the Town and Country Ballroom at 24,000 sq ft and the Pacific Ballroom at 17,000 sq ft. All offer room flexible configurations, adjacent reception space and breakout rooms for maximum versatility.

Authentically retro cool and comfortable, guest rooms feature plush pillow top platform beds, 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, 50" High Def LG Television, In-room Keurig Coffee Maker, and Free Wi-Fi and USB charging ports. Many also offer private balconies or patios.

Celebrated Executive Chef John Shelton will design custom menus and creative dining options to compliment your meeting or event. When attendees are on their own, there are plenty of delicious dining options including ARLO, Lapper Sports Bar, Monkey Bar and the grab-and-go MRKT. The fun’s on with heated pools, 4-story “Twister” waterslide, fitness center, communal fire pits, sand volley ball court, 3-acre park and walk to outdoor shopping mall and golf.

San Diego International Airport is 5.7 miles from the resort and takes on average 10 minutes travel time.

all ethnicities.
Post renovation we will have 3 restaurants on property: Arlo is our full
service Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Restaurant with indoor/outdoor
seating capacity of 300 offering creative menus with a Baja Coastal flare.

Lapper Pool Bar and Kitchen is our poolside restaurant and bar serving
Lunch & Dinner and The MRKT is our "Grab and Go" market located at the entrance of the hotel with seating for dine-in option.

No this is not allowed being a full service hotel we offer these services and we are a fully licensed venue.
No as an independent non-branded property we do not offer any type of Rewards Program.
No we do not offer airport transportation. We are only 6.7 miles from the airport and the most often utilized form of transportation is Super Shuttle, Uber or Lyft or Taxi average cost $15-$25 one way.
Yes we do allow on a case by case basis. Since we do have an onsite AV Provider there is usually a cost associated with this as assistance is requested at some point. In order to maintain staff coverage by our onsite AV provider there is a fee.

We are a non-Union Property.
We do have complete guidelines for managing through this situation. Please request the most current procedures from your Sales person.
We do not have a Spa onsite. You can receive assistance with recommendations once on property from our friendly Guest Services personnel.
