Meeting Facilities - From outdoor sessions under the canopy of 1,000-year-old redwoods to creekside breakouts and fireside chats, 1440 curates group offsites that are anything but ordinary - distinctive meetings that inspire participants, encourage innovative thinking and lead to increased productivity. With 30+ unique venues, the 75-acre private campus setting will help your team discover new ways to live, lead, love, work and wonder.
Accommodations - Featuring 229 private rooms (204) and suites (25), the modern accommodations at 1440 are designed for a “digital detox” - equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, but intentionally absent of TVs and house phones - to encourage your full immersion into nature. Take a deep breath; focus on your own well-being as you relax and reflect in the redwoods. Each guest stay at 1440 feeds a family of four in Santa Cruz County!
Dining & Recreation - Campus amenities are an important part of the integrated learning experience at 1440. Kitchen Table is the heart of campus, serving each guest a home cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner with sustainable and organic ingredients sourced only from farms within 300 miles. Guests are invited to participate in up to three 1440 Signature Classes offered per day, which vary from meditation and yoga to art and nutrition in addition to utilizing 4 miles of trails, a fitness center, and Healing Arts Center featuring a large outdoor infinity hot tub overlooking the redwoods.
Airport Access – The 1440 Multiversity 501c3 nonprofit philanthropic campus is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains between Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz with easy access four airports: 27 miles from San Jose (SJC); 55 miles from San Francisco (SFO), 49 miles from Monterey (MRY) and 60 miles from Oakland (OAK). Rental car and ride share options are plentiful. Private aircrafts are accessible to and from San Jose (SJC) and Monterey (MRY).
