Easily identified by the windmill located on the corner of Hermitage Road and Mistletoe Lane, The Mill Restaurant boosts views of the picturesque Hunter Valley wine country and the Brokenback ranges. Tuscany Wine Estate Resort's Weddings are primarily held in The Mill Restaurant, although there are 3 other venues; The Mill Courtyard, The Fountain Room or the Conservatory. Depending on the configuration and venue catering for up to 200 people cocktail style and seated 120 guests.
