Delicately seasoned beef tenderloin filled with savory duxelle of mushrooms, onions, brandy and butter wrapped in a flaky pastry served with rich wine gravy.

Prime sirloin of beef marinated in seasonings, cooked medium to produce a tender roast, with a choice of sauce: Pepper, Mushroom or Red Wine Gravy.
