Our Corporate Deluxe rooms are the perfect option for working away from home. These rooms all feature a sealy king bed with mattress toppers, remote control tv in main room and study room. The study room is a separate room with a desk, sitting area and tv, perfect for our Corporate guests. There is also tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, wifi, Foxtel TV. These rooms also have a coffee machine.

Our Executive King rooms are overlooking the tennis court. These rooms all feature sealy king beds with mattress toppers, remote control television, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, wireless broadband internet, independent air conditioning units and Foxtel TV. Our Executive Kings are our top of the line rooms and feature extras such as coffee pod machines and iPod docks. 

Our Superior King rooms are overlooking the Royal Dubbo Golf Course. These rooms all feature sealy king beds with mattress toppers, remote control television, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, wireless broadband internet, independent air conditioning units and Foxtel TV. 

Our Standard Rooms feature a King size bed and all overlook the Dubbo Golf Course. Rates are for two guests. Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. These rooms all feature fully renovated bathrooms, new carpet & 39" LCD TV.

Our Twin King Single Rooms feature 2 King size single beds and all overlook the Dubbo Golf Course. Rates are for two guests. Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. These rooms feature fully renovated bathrooms, new carpet & 39" LCD TV.

Our Studio Rooms are all upstairs over-looking the Dubbo Golf Course. These rooms have King size beds. Rates are for two guests. Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Our Studio rooms have new carpet, however, the bathrooms are un-renovated. These rooms have a 32" LCD TV.

Our Family Rooms consist of two rooms can can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There is a separate bedroom with two single beds for the children. In the main room is the king size bed. These rooms feature fully renovated bathrooms, new carpet & 42" LCD TV.

Our One Bedroom Apartment consists of two rooms. It features a King size bed in one room and in the main room a sofa bed, table and chairs and kitchen. Rates are for 2 adults however the Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests using the fold out sofa bed upon request. Extra guest is $15.00 This Apartment features a fully renovated bathroom and new carpet & 42" LCD TV.
