The contemporary French menu is grounded with classical French techniques, brought to life with meticulously sourced fresh local produce and with the passion of our kitchen team. Our Head Chef Damon Porter has created a perfectly balanced and well thought out menu that will appeal to all discerning diners.

The wine list intrigues with an extensive selection embracing French styles, paired perfectly with a mixture of local wines. Our objective is to create an extraordinary collection of wines that complement the ever-evolving menu. Thecocktail list and spirit selection also has a real French influence, while for the beer connoisseurs our tap beers include Kronenbourg, Stella, as well as local craft producers such as Stone & Wood.Aquitaine Brasserie adds a real touch of French class to this thriving area which is River Quay South Bank. Situated close to the Goodwill Bridge, it offers dramatic views across the river as well as the Brisbane City skyline.

Inspired by L’Aquitaine in France, the restaurant carries on the traditions of romanticism and adventure that accompany a French culinary journey, while Head Chef Damon Porter breathes fresh life into classic recipes with local produce and modern cooking techniques.

Our kitchen team meticulously prepares everything offered on the menu on site daily to exacting standards to not only ensure freshness, but to offer our customers the very best quality. Absolutely everything on our menu is made in house, from sauces, breads, desserts, pasta, even our Charcuterie products are cured in house. As the perfect accompaniment to food, our wine list embraces French styles, paired perfectly with a mixture of local wines. Our objective is to create an extraordinary collection of wines that complement the ever-evolving menu.For those wanting something a little different, we offer a 5 Course Degustation menu, with the option of matched wines. The degustation menu is chef’s selection, with the requirement of the whole table participating and a minimum of 24 hours booking notice.
