The Avoca Hotel has many different options to offer you for an upcoming function or event, whether it is a small intimate gathering or something on a larger scale.

The Glasshouse is a unique, light filled space created from a historic bluestone building with glass bi-fold doors overlooking the ‘decks’ outdoor courtyard. A portable bar is easily installed for your own private use pouring three beers and can be stocked with your choice of beverages.

Situated adjacent to The Restaurant, the PDR is equipped with a wall mounted plasma and power point jack for all presentations. The PDR is separated by thick glass partitions and sliding doors, guests can choose to have the space open and a little informal or draw the screen curtains for full privacy.The Restaurant is a modern, light filled space with comfortable, modern leather upholstered seating. The room is ‘L’ shaped in footprint seating up to 80 guests or accommodating up to 200 guests in cocktail format.

Toco’s Bar allows the flexibility of full bar facilities with the relaxed feel of a bar setting. Minumum 50 people, maximum 70.An intimate outdoor area which is fitted with ziptrack plastic windows and gas heaters for year round flexibility. Decked out with comfortable couches and casual seating it is great for small groups of 25 people. The Floating Deck is a non-smoking area; smokers can be accommodated in an adjacent area.
