Printing a Ticket


There are three ways to print tickets.

Firstly the notification emails provide a link to the ticket so that the delegate can print the tickets themselves. There is a setting in iVvy that allows the delegate to print their own tickets.

To turn on delegates printing tickets:

  1. Navigate to Event Setup > Website > Website Tab
  2. Scroll down to the second last option “Can Attendees Print Tickets”
  3. Select “Yes”.

The other way is for yourself to log into iVvy and go into delegate registrations and view and print the tickets for a delegate, or go to attendee registrations and print a ticket. All tickets cannot be printed at once, it is on a singular registration (or group in a singular registration) basis or by singular attendee.

To print tickets from delegate registrations:

  1. Navigate to Manage Registrations > Delegate Registrations
  2. Tick the relevant registration
  3. Click on “View Tickets” on the toolbar across the top of the delegate table
  4. Once the ticket appears, you can print it accordingly.


To print tickets from attendees:

  1. Navigate to Manage Registrations > Attendees > Attendees
  2. Tick the relevant attendee
  3. Click on “View Tickets” on the toolbar across the top of the delegate table
  4. Once the ticket appears you can print it accordingly
