Adding Contacts to a Booking / Banquet Event Order (BEO)

In iVvy you can add as many contacts as you like to a Booking. This ensures that all your team knows the people involved in organising the event, and also allows the contacts to be added to the BEO.

To add a contact to a Booking,

  1. Navigate to the “Contacts” tab within a Booking, and click on the “Add Contact” button,
  2. Typing in an email address and selecting an existing contact our of your contact address book OR clicking “Add” and filling in the relevant fields.
  3. Give the contact a description that relates to the event, for example if it was a wedding, you may wish to have the “Groom” in as a secondary contact for the event.
  4. Decide whether to display the contact on the BEO and “Save”.
