Defining the Setup Requirements for each session


In iVvy you can define the setup requirements for a session. An example of setup requirements could include the power adapters requirements, the setup of a presenters table etc…

Setup requirements can be templated so you don’t have to create new ones for each session.

To add a new Setup Requirement;

  1. Navigate to the Quotes, and then the Session that you want to add the Setup Requirement, and then click on the “Setup Requirements” tab,
  2. Click on “Add Setup Requirements” and then select “New” from the select list,
  3. Give the Setup Requirement a name, and description. Both of these items will be visible on the Banquet Event Order (BEO) documents.

To add an existing Setup Requirement

  1. Navigate to the Quotes, and then the Session that you want to add the Setup Requirement, and then click on the “Setup Requirements” tab,
  2. Click on “Add Setup Requirements” and then select “Existing” from the select list,
  3. Select the Setup requirements from the list displayed in the dialog, and select “Save”.

 

 

Sorting your setup requirements:

  • Once you have added all your setup requirements, if you have multiple requirements you can sort them by clicking on the drag icon on the left hand side of the requirements (appears as 8 little squares that when you mouse over them your cursor turns to a four pointed diamond) so that you can click and drag your requirements up and down into order.
  • Do not forget to click the save sort order button once you are done.
