To record specific client requirements you can add notes to sessions. These notes can appear on the BEO documentation for your team.
To add a note;
- Navigate to the Quotes, and then the Session that you want to add the note, and then click on the “Notes” tab.
- Write your note,
- If you make the note private, it won’t be added to any documentation that clients may get access to.
- You can also specify if the note applies to the Session, Menu, Beverage, Resources and Products. Which will help organise the note when added to a BEO.
