Storing notes on a Session

To record specific client requirements you can add notes to sessions. These notes can appear on the BEO documentation for your team.

To add a note;

  1. Navigate to the Quotes, and then the Session that you want to add the note, and then click on the “Notes” tab.
  2. Write your note,
  3. If you make the note private, it won’t be added to any documentation that clients may get access to.
  4. You can also specify if the note applies to the Session, Menu, Beverage, Resources and Products. Which will help organise the note when added to a BEO.
