You are able to record all outgoing correspondence to a particular client.
You can do this by placing a unique email address in the cc, or bcc field of the email when you send if from your email software (eg: Outlook). The email is created automatically whenever a lead is created.
To locate the emails attached to a particular Lead:
- Navigate to Sales > Leads
- Select required Lead.
- Select Emails tab.
- You can now view the email address and the created emails
Note: You need to use a different email address for each lead, and if the client responds without the email address in the CC, or BCC field the email will not get recorded, and you will have to manually forward it to the system.
