Creating Setup Requirements For A Function Space


iVvy Venues allows you to add a set up requirement for a function space. The information entered in the Set Up Requirements section can be populated into your Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) when they are created.
Note: You should not use them for chargeable items such as resources or products.

To create a set up requirement for your function space:

  1. Navigate to Venue Set Up > Function Spaces > Set Up Requirements.
  2. Select Add Set Up Requirement.
  3. Enter a name for the Set Up requirement such as Awards Table.
  4. Enter the details of the Set Up within Description such as Awards table set with white cloths.
  5. Press Save.
