Grouping Contacts into Subscription Groups

A Subscription Group is a group of contacts who will receive the same Email or SMS Campaigns from you.

It may be a newsletter subscription group, all the attendees to a particular event, or even contacts within a particular area or State.

To create a Subscription Group:

  1. Click on the 'settings cog' on the top right of the screen to take you into the Global Settings Section
  2. Click on Contacts > Subscription Groups
  3. Click on the ‘Add Group’ button.
  4. Fill in the Form;

  5. Name: the name you wish to give to the Subscription Group. e.g. Newsletter Group.
  6. Is Public: Whether or not the contact can see that they are a member of this group. ”Yes“ means that they can see and can choose to unsubscribe from this group. ”No“ means they can‘t see their membership, or unsubscribe from this group.
  7. Select Colour: we recommend you keep track of similar groups by colour coding them.
  8. Click Save.

When the page refreshes, your group will be added to the list. You can now begin adding contacts to this group. To edit the group, simply click Edit in the group‘s row.
