Creating an Email Alert for New Companies

Some account managers would like to receive an alert whenever a new company that is making an enquiry is added into their iVvy Venue Manager. For this reason, iVvy has now made available an email alert option that can specify an email(s) to send an alert to.

To configure an email alert for new companies:

  1. Navigate to: Settings > Contacts & Companies > Company Settings
  2. Adding in the email addresses for your employees that you wish to receive the alerts. For multiple addresses separate them with a comma.
