If you wish to download BEO’s for multiple bookings, for example you may wish to download all BEO’s for bookings happening in the next week, then the process is simple. All the BEO’s will download into a zipped file and you can open it and use them as you need.

To download multiple BEO’s for bookings

1. Navigate to Bookings > Bookings
2. Search the filter for the appropriate information (if applicable)
3. Tick the bookings that you wish to download beos for
4. Click the download button.
