Adding an Accommodation Room Extra

The system will allow you to create extra items connected to Accommodation Rooms such as Buffet Breakfast or a roll out beds.

To create Room Extras for your venue:

  1. Navigate to Accommodation - Room Extras
  2. Select Add Room Extra
  3. Enter a name for the extra items such as Buffet Breakfast
  4. Enter a Description for the item
  5. Enter a Sales Price for the item
  6. Enter a cost if required
  7. Enter a Cost Centre for the charge.

Note the Cost Centres can be added within Global Settings
