The CAA17 Congress encompasses two outstanding events – the Global Resuscitation Masterclass taking place on Tuesday 8 August and the 2017 CAA Conference on Wednesday 9 & Thursday 10 August. To take full advantage of the Congress, register for both events and receive a discounted rate. Please note: all CAA Member services, please register via your immediate manager.

by submitting a completed registration you are confirming your intention to attend the Conference and agree to the Cancellation Policy below. Payment is required at time of registering and a Tax Invoice will be issued.

Registration inclusions

Full registration includes access to all sessions from the opening session on Tuesday 8 August 2017 to the closing session on Thursday 10 August 2017 including lunch and morning and afternoon tea. All registrations, except for Day Registrations, include a ticket to the Welcome Reception and the CAA Awards Gala Dinner. Additional welcome reception and dinner tickets can be purchased at time of registration.

Day registration entitles delegates to all sessions, including lunch and tea breaks on the day of registration only.

All delegates will receive a lanyard and Congress program from the registration desk.

Payment

Registration can only be made via the online booking site – credit card and bank transfer (EFT) payments are accepted. An invoice can be sent to you for payment if indicated on your registration online.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • To assist in the allocation of your bank transfer payment, please email Nicole from Venues 2 Events immediately after payment, including invoice number to ensure prompt allocation of your payment. Please ensure that your name and complete invoice number are included on the transfer notice.


Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the Conference, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a substitute delegate. Cancellations before 31 May 2017 are fully refundable. Cancellations from 1 June 2017 are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Cancellations before 31 May 2017 are fully refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Organisers no later than 31 May 3 2017 to receive a full refund.

Cancellations from 1 June 2017 are non-refundable. Delegates who find themselves unable to attend after 1 June are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing by the Conference Organisers.


Registration Desk

Please go to the CAA17 Congress Registration Desk on arrival at the Hilton Adelaide to collect your lanyard (name tag) and program. The Registration Desk will be located on level one of the main foyer of the Centre and will be open every day from 7.30am during the Congress.
