You may wish to receive notifications when something in your event is nearing its capacity so you don't have to manually moniter. 

You can do this for:

• Tickets
• Sessions
• Flights
• Booths
• Overall Event
• Transfers
• and Hotel Rooms

To set up capacity notifications:

In the events section:

Edit the event that you are setting up capacity notifications for:

1. Click on the notification emails in the event setup menu
   
   
   
    
2. Click on System notifications
   
   
    
3. Edit the type of capacity that you with to set up capacity notifications for
   
   
    
4. Select the notification level you wish to assign.
