For South Island based agents travelling to Queenstown for the Roadshow, Tourism Victoria will cover the following;

- Domestic flights (carry on only) if living arrangements are 3 hours outside of Queenstown

- Petrol vouchers for those with living arrangements within 3 hours of Queenstown

- Overnight accommodation and breakfast the following morning

- Dinner on Thursday night with the agents and operators combined

- Return airport transfers
